One star – Extremely disappointing breakfast experience I recommended Hotel Lautrup Park Ballerup to friends who stayed for two nights. Overall, they were satisfied with the hotel and service — until breakfast. Breakfast was served buffet style and scheduled to close at 10:00. They entered the dining room at 9:45, well before closing time, and began eating normally. At exactly 10:00, a staff member approached them and demanded that they leave immediately. They were told that if they did not leave, their plates would be taken away and put in the dishwasher, or they could continue eating standing outside the dining room. This was not about food availability — it was about being rushed and treated with unnecessary hostility despite arriving before closing time. Guests should be allowed to finish their meal in a reasonable manner, especially when they have respected the stated hours. The handling of the situation felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Unfortunately, this behavior overshadowed an otherwise good stay. Very disappointing and not what one expects from a hotel of this standard.

I wanted to have breakfast at 9:45 and at 10 the waiter came and kicked me out of the table with my family. He said to take the plate of food and eat it standing up or he would take it and take it to the washing machine. This attitude doesn't even deserve 1 star. I've traveled all over the world but I have expectations from a 4 star hotel.

Totally dissatisfied. Arrogant and disrespectful waiters! If you arrive for breakfast at 09:45, you have to hurry up and finish your plate, otherwise at 10:00, besides the fact that they kick you out of the restaurant, they also tell you in front of you that they are taking your plate of food! Is this what they call service, for a 4 star hotel??? I do not recommend this hotel, because of the staff, lacking common sense!
