We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was warm and spotless. The staff were very friendly. The only minor drawback was in the restaurant; too many people were attending to us at our table, and as a result, we were asked the same question several times. And I want to emphasize that this is the only very small drawback… everything else was perfect, thank you.

Disappointed, because I had previously stayed at this hotel for a sporting event, and everything had been perfect: a top-notch, very classy hotel with an on-site brasserie where we had a wonderful meal. This time, we were supposed to stay at the hotel again, but due to the weather conditions, our sporting event was canceled that very morning. We therefore had to turn back, having come all the way from France with children. We contacted the hotel to request a cancellation, hoping for some kind of courtesy given the exceptional circumstances. The only response we received was that cancellation was impossible and that cancellation fees had to be paid, amounting to only €10 less than the total price of the reservation, which is clearly still beneficial for the hotel. I understand that a same-day cancellation isn't ideal, but the situation was complicated for us too. With children and an event canceled beyond our control, we were just as badly affected. Especially since I doubt the hotel was full or that this represents a significant loss given the prices charged. It's a shame no compensation was offered, particularly for customers who had stayed with them before and were satisfied.
