New clean large rooms. Mattress was great. Dove bathroom products. In the heart of Pigeon Forge TN. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. So many things nearby, Factory Outlet, Publix.

Stayed here for vacation - I wasn't expecting much but did expect better than a broken room TV, a moldy smelling bed, and rude/dismissive front desk and maintenance staff. The hotel staff also only speak very broken English, so be aware if you need any kind of support or service from them. Wouldn't recommend. Note: when I stayed the per-night cost was about $190-210

This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was not only filthy but presented severe health and safety hazards. 1. Severe Mold and Water Damage (Health Hazard): The room had a rancid smell that we traced to significant visible mold growth on the bathroom ceiling, directly above the mirror. Furthermore, the floors showed distinct, deep discoloration indicating massive, repeated water damage and likely subfloor mold. This room should not have been occupied. 2. Catastrophic Flooding and Non-Existent Service: The shower was defective and immediately flooded the entire room. When I called the front desk for help and towels, I was told to find the housekeepers on my own floor to get them. After waiting, I had to clean the mess myself. Maintenance finally arrived 30 minutes later, but by then, we had to leave for an essential event. This complete lack of urgent assistance during a major flooding event is unacceptable. 3. Unfinished Construction and Poor Maintenance: The room was in a blatant state of disrepair. There were holes in the walls (from a doorknob) and clearly unfinished construction patches on the walls and ceiling. The bed had no comforter or extra bedding, and was barley raised off the floor (approx. 1.5 ft). 4. Cleaning and Service Failures: The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival (dirt floors, no dusting). The "Smart TV" was not smart, as the front desk employee came up and explicitly stated that guests are not allowed to connect the TV to Wi-Fi, defeating the purpose entirely. The combination of hazardous mold, unaddressed severe water damage, and a complete failure of customer service during an emergency makes this hotel a major liability. I have filed a formal complaint with photos. Avoid this property.
