Hotel Leonardo

All praise for this hotel and these people. Last year we decided to go to this place and we didn't regret it at all. So we plan to go again this year ❤️ All praise!

I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel's appearance, especially the reception area, is elegant. Unfortunately, during our stay, many of the provided amenities were unavailable, and the offers were not consistent with reality. Many negative aspects included the lack of cleanliness in the room, especially in the bathroom; the bedding was changed only once during our stay; no drinks (juices, alcoholic beverages, snacks despite the all-inclusive offer); a broken coffee machine; no full beach service; no gym; and so on. The bar staff were absent; we had to search for a bartender throughout the hotel. The hotel beach bar was closed throughout our stay. After inquiring at the reception, we received a reply that it was uncertain whether the bar would even be open. It turned out it was closed throughout our stay. The memories of our stay at the hotel were not pleasant.

It turned out it was closed for the entire stay. The offer included guaranteed beach service, including umbrellas and loungers, which were only available for the first three days of our stay. (At other hotels, beach service was available at all times.) The in-house bar offerings within the All-Inclusive package were severely limited due to the lack of staff, requiring us to seek out staff and ask for orders at the bar. The coffee machine broke down and was very dirty, making it impossible to drink coffee. The beverage and juice containers at both the bar and restaurant were empty. After inquiring about juice orders, we were told they were no longer available. Snacks should be provided between 4:30 and 5:00 PM as part of the All-Inclusive package. After the third day of our stay, they were unavailable. We asked the staff about snacks, but they couldn't give us a clear answer, claiming they probably wouldn't have any. Furthermore, as part of the all-inclusive option, we were informed by the bartender that even some of the basic alcoholic beverages had run out and would no longer be available. Furthermore, on the first day of our stay, after asking about the gym, we were told it was closed and unavailable. A major drawback of this hotel is the lack of daily room cleaning. On the first day, we discovered that the bathroom was visibly dirty, especially in the shower area. Daily cleaning was limited to changing towels and taking out the trash. Bed linen was changed once during our stay. Some of the staff showed no interest in the guests, focusing on their phones. One evening, we returned to the hotel around 7 p.m. to eat dinner as scheduled. Upon entering the hotel restaurant, we found it dark and empty. Upon finding the staff, we were informed that dinner wouldn't be until 9 p.m. because it was scheduled for a group of athletes at that time. During one of the meals, when we were the only guests in the entire restaurant, despite more than dozens of empty tables, we were forced by the staff to change our seats because, as it turned out, they were occupied by the hotel owners.
