The staff is helpful and a plus, just like the hotel itself, except for details like only one hanger in the room at the entrance, or the bathrobe is not one size for an adult man 180 cm. The air conditioning sometimes works, sometimes not very well, the food in the restaurant is expensive, and parking is 70 PLN/day.

I think very fondly of this hotel, almost as warm as the room—and it was freezing! The air conditioning screamed like a communist-era refrigerator and did nothing. Of the seven people who arrived for the conference, three were freezing, so my room wasn't an isolated incident. I left with a cold. The breakfast selection was very poor. On the plus side, it was clean, the parking was good, the service was friendly, and the dinner was delicious.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and honestly, I'm sorry I didn't know about it beforehand! I asked the staff if I could check in about two hours earlier and was immediately told that it was no problem, which is a big plus! The receptionists were friendly and very polite. I have no idea where you people get them from... the hotel is great, the rooms are spotless, and I will definitely recommend and use the services again! The only minor drawback is the 200 PLN security deposit. Honestly, I've never encountered anything like that anywhere else. There's no information about it when booking, for example, in the hotel's policies on booking.com. However, it's refundable if you don't use anything, so there's no problem. Another advantage is the proximity to the main train station, about two kilometers away! Thank you very much for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!
