The room, for a 4-star hotel, is cramped and uncomfortable. The breakfast is 2-star, with service that feels like a "starless night sky." 🤣

At breakfast, the food is not varied and is processed, napkins in boxes and the cheapest ones on the market placed on the tables, cold mushrooms, bagged salad, frozen bread, few types of tea. The coffee machines did not work properly (they did not have milk, they splashed the coffee while it was being made), there were no small plates for dessert. The restaurant was full of completely uneducated foreigners (which they do not do in their country, they do in Romania because they are allowed to; on the first day of the year a man entered the restaurant in beach sandals). In addition, the employees can barely cope. The next day at breakfast there was still dirt on the floor, there was an open drawer, the mushrooms were cold again and, more recently, they had frozen fries. Dirty cutlery, I had to eat with plastic ones. Some natural withered roses on the tables. As a plus, the room was large, spacious and very warm; hot water in the shower. However, there were also problems in the room: the mini-bar was empty, the light bulb above it flickered continuously when the light was on, the bathroom sink clogged up so much that I could barely brush my teeth, the walls are not soundproofed properly (you could hear it from other rooms and still very well, as on the first day of the year I heard a man vomiting in the bathroom). Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience here and I do not recommend this hotel for any event.

What can I say? The hotel is beautiful to say the least, decorated for Christmas with that extra touch...but it's worth it regardless because of the antique style...nice and clean room. Good breakfast. They also have a restaurant, and it's very good. We used the service several times during our stay. Superlative desserts 😍
