Very centrally located near the marina. There was some slight street noise with the window closed, but it wasn't really bothersome. The air conditioning worked very well. There was Wi-Fi in the rooms. A refrigerator for drinks was provided. Otherwise, the room was very sparsely furnished with just a chair and a table. A large picture above the bed would make the atmosphere in the relatively large room more inviting. The room and bathroom/toilet were very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. There was muesli, eggs (boiled, fried, scrambled), chorizo, cheese, cold cuts, rolls and toast, various fruits, cakes, and cookies. Anyone who doesn't get full there has only themselves to blame. The only drawback: the tea water was usually not hot enough. If possible, avoid rooms 101, 102, 201, and 202. The ding-dong of the elevator is annoying. On the 3rd and 4th floors, it's not as bad in rooms x01 and x02.

We had a small room overlooking the backstage area of a larger restaurant and the trailers displaying the New Year's Eve fireworks. The location is very good. Not too far from the beach and far enough from the New Year's Eve hotspot. We hardly heard anything from it after 3:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the room has no hanging space except in the wardrobe and on the towel rack in the bathroom. Still, that's more than some other hotels offer. So you have to use the wall lamp or the TV, which doesn't really work with the weak internet connection. There are too many LED lights left on at night. If you need complete darkness, you can turn off the circuit breakers. The sliding windows aren't airtight, so you can always hear something. Breakfast was okay. The staff was very friendly. The New Year's Eve menu was really good, except for the roast. If you have a fish allergy, you can ask for separate tongs to take something that isn't contaminated with fish. That's not easy at a buffet, but we managed. In summary, it's a good place to stay for a few days.

Value for money, could be much better… the rooms are very basic, barely clean, and completely lacking in charm; there are no common areas, although the location is excellent and the breakfast is good! Much better options nearby…
