Go anywhere else but here! I was given a 8x10 bedroom, the smallest bathroom that even for one person is uncomfortable. When we got there, there was no receptionist, only the security guard was there. They helped us with our bags, but there was one detail, the key for the room didn’t work at all, the Security Guard used the master key to open up the room. I Asked right there, seeing the room and now a key that won’t work.. if we could be placed in another room. They said no, that we needed to wait for the morning. Loud music after 8pm until 4am… and then at 8am construction outside starts! We waited, while packing and getting ready saw a cockroach, when I went to see where it hid… there were many more🤢. The bathroom is 5x3 1 person fits and the shower leaks water to the outside where you create a puddle. They have no parking at all, so we checked out and left. 2 hours later, (after having to get an Airbnb) unpacking noticed we had left our JBL speaker there and called right away, told them where it could be, they replied saying “We went through the room and didn’t find anything” asked if they could go again and I will explain where it is. Said “We can’t, that room has been rented out to someone else” 🤦🏻‍♀️ The only plus, it’s next to Parque Lleras! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

BOOK ELSEWHERE! While the room is very nice and clean, there is a club ABOVE the hotel and clubs all around under it. They play music until 4am every single day of the week - yes, including Sunday. Your room will shake from the music and even with earplugs it is LOUD. Good luck sleeping at all. We left after one night because it was unbearable.

The worst hotel i stayed in my life! Motels better than this one! Where did you hear that they will charge you extra for late check in! Every hotel has bottle of water for free , Tea maker, some coffe, tea. This one has nothin not even little fridge! We asked for 2 bottle of water and they charged us $10 USD ! Even airport water cheaper than this! We sad to receptionist and she sad management don't care!!!!
