We won't be returning; that's our experience, a real shame. We spent the entire night and the following morning without water, unable to shower or even flush the toilet. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. When we finally had water, it was cloudy, as you can see from the photos. The air conditioning was unbearably noisy. The apartments were dirty and neglected; you can see the state of the kitchen. There was no detergent or cleaning product of any kind. The television didn't work; it kept restarting. Apartments: 2/10. The hotel food was good: 7/10. For the spa and massages, we opted for the full package, but only the massage and perhaps the mud scrub were worthwhile for the experience itself. 6/10. We went there to relax, and we didn't.
