Spent honeymoon here and loved it. The hotel helps with excursion booking and activities with drivers and attentive to your needs when service is needed. Great views of the ocean, any of the beach view suites are beautiful and have a personal Jacuzzi on the balcony where you can enjoy the waves. I would have liked the saltwater pool to be in use to enjoy down by the beach when the tide is high, but the other pools on the resort where great. Plenty of lighting at night to help you walk around and the florals everywhere are absolutely gorgeous. I enjoy the towels being set up in different designs. Plenty of caves to explore along the beach when the tides are low.

We visited El Salvador the week of February 6–13, 2026, and stayed at Los Farallones — what an amazing experience! The hotel has spectacular ocean views, beautiful gardens, and a charming, Santorini-like atmosphere that makes it truly unique. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We especially want to thank our cleaning lady, Noemy Ceteno, for her wonderful work and kind personality — she made our stay extra special. The waiters and all the team members made us feel so welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. We highly recommend Los Farallones to anyone visiting El Salvador — it’s a stunning place to relax, enjoy the ocean, and experience great hospitality. Georgina Montes Bazurto
