We stayed at the Hotel Luna for 11 days. The location is great – very close to the beach and the pedestrian zone. Even reserved sunbeds – there was always room. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly! The locked underground parking garage was great. What we didn't like was that there was simply no entertainment offered in the hotel, and the hotel bar was only sporadically staffed. The waitress only came upon request. The service in the restaurant was very nice, but you often had to wait a long time for drinks and coffee. Drinks were only included at the dispenser; beer was charged at the full price. The food was mediocre – depending on the crowd. When full buses arrived, there was more choice and it tasted better. Desserts weren't refilled – when they were empty, they were empty, and they were the same every day. For a 4-star hotel, we expected more, and it wasn't exactly cheap. All in all, it was a nice vacation.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Cleanliness: Impeccable, both in the room and in the common areas, everything was sparkling and clean. Staff: Friendly, friendly, and attentive. We were traveling with a 5-month-old baby, and they were thoughtful enough to put us in the dining room, away from the air conditioning and wide enough for a stroller. They also provided a crib even though we hadn't requested one. Food: We chose full board, and what can I say? From breakfast to dinner, everything was delicious. The menu was varied and plentiful. Bar: The bartender was excellent and super friendly, as was the rest of the staff. She makes amazing drinks, so stopping for a drink is a must! Location: I'd say excellent, very close to the beach and the main shopping street. Extras: For children (unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of them due to our very young child), there are activities available at a nearby hotel in collaboration with them.
