This hotel is possibly one of the best I have stayed at.. the staff are amazing. Attention to detail is beyond exceptional. They give you two room cards without asking the bathroom was massive including a bath and room service was impeccable. They have a roof top bar on occasion which was just beautiful although the singer was not good. The toilet seat does everything except make coffee… Fantastic if I could live here I would

We stayed here for the holidays and booked through Booking.com, and was already paid on the date we made the booking. We originally booked Hotel Luna Annex, but we were “transferred” to the main building. We thought all was well… but to our surprise, upon checking out, we had to pay AGAIN. And the receptionist’s excuse was, “we’ve only been affiliated with booking.com recently”. I told them that that is not our problem. It’s a problem between the hotel and booking.com. Yet they insisted that we had to pay and that we will get the money back if we filed a refund with booking.com, as it was a “common occurrence”. But when we reached out to booking.com, they said they cannot refund the payment. So basically we were charged TWICE — one for booking, and one for the hotel. Not to mention the food, the food was not up to par, compared to the rates that the hotel is charging. We would rather walk all the way to Starbucks than eat the food at the hotel. And the room, it reeked of a sewer-like smell… it was so bad that we would rather go out, than stay at the hotel. I’m not sure if it was the carpet that smelled, or it was the entire room in general. Not to mention how eerie the vibe was, that my partner felt like he was being watches the whole time. What made the eerie vibe worse was how dim the lights were Would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
