A completely disastrous and extremely negative, if not shocking, customer experience. I booked my various medical training courses in Paris well in advance, allowing me to compare different hotels over the past three years. Like all other customers, I was subjected to a sudden and, above all, late cancellation, without any attempt at communication, which resulted in a price increase for my stay at a second, urgent hotel. No compensation was offered, other than the assurance that I would be reimbursed, which is perfectly reasonable. I must admit that this is the only hotel in the capital that has disappointed me to this extent. Management cannot foresee everything, but the handling of this unforeseen event is simply disastrous. I will have to inform professionals in Bordeaux and the surrounding area.

The hotel sent us an e-mail that they unfortunately have to close it for some maintenance work 2,5 weeks before our stay. Things like that happen, it is understandable but they did not rebook us as they said. After a few calls and few e-mails there was still no relocation from their side. Very bad service. I do not recommend.
