Highly recommended for enjoying Italian delicacies. Very friendly and attentive service. A well-known restaurant (formerly next to the "Vinothek Capri" cinema) in a new location.

Good location, but the rest is a complete disaster. I was offered a higher price on the phone than on Booking.com. The double room suddenly cost more, namely 173 euros. Arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m., unfortunately there was no reception and the door was locked, we had to call a cell phone number. We had to walk around the hotel in the dark with our luggage. I then called and they told us over the phone how to get to the hotel using the key machine. The room was run down and freezing cold. The material on the head of the bed was already completely disintegrating (disgusting). The mattresses were laid out. Instead of using the remote control, you had to turn the television on manually using hidden buttons. The next morning we took a shower, which unfortunately only provided a trickle instead of a reasonable water pressure. The soap dish was a lot apart and the toilet brush was in disrepair. There was no lactose-free milk at breakfast. When we finally arrived at the reception, we wanted to explain our complaints to the boss in a constructive and friendly manner. However, he only reacted arrogantly and very unfriendly. Oton,...you just have to turn the mattresses around and they'll work again, that's not so bad. In return, he charged us regularly for the apple spritzer that we took from the bar instead of showing himself to be generous. We just wanted to explain these grievances to the gentleman in partnership, from businessman to businessman, but he just arrogantly brushed us off. We left the hotel, the matter was settled for us. Half an hour later he wrote to us via WhatsApp and insulted our company, which has existed for 35 years, and us as guests. An example of how not to treat good guests. Therefore we really cannot recommend this hotel. Pure chaos and, on top of that, a cheeky and arrogant managing director. Another guest also complained about the billing at the same time, but he was coldly dismissed. It's a shame that a guest's legitimate complaints and concerns are ignored and you are dismissed in such an arrogant way.
