4 stars, hahaha... A disaster... Room not ready at 12 in the morning, but if you pay a supplement of €30, it magically becomes ready... You enter the room, paid for a double room for single use, and find the beds separate... obviously they can't change it and there's no housekeeper on duty to correct the mistake... Hot, very hot rooms, legalized crematoria, the air conditioning doesn't work in the summer. Old rooms, bathrooms with more limescale than youth hostels... Gym, hahahaha, one treadmill from 15/18, like a stationary bike, and a kind of elliptical... Young and inexperienced staff, awkward and unclear about their job... Breakfast a disaster, almost no replacements; if you're half an hour late, you'll bite your nails. Water bottles are placed on a small table, inside coolers, but not refrigerated, so hot water, perfect for tea... ...in short, 4 stars only for the prices... Unfortunately, I have to use it for work, so I'll have to come back... ...oh, I forgot... don't forget anything in the room, because it disappears, and the cleaning lady and the reception don't communicate with each other, so you can write off anything you forgot... Have a nice stay...

I had a truly pleasant stay at the Hotel Major. The property is welcoming and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was always kind, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs, making me feel immediately at ease. The location is very convenient for getting around, which made my stay even more convenient. The room was also spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience: I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, courtesy, and good value. I would gladly return! 😊
