🤔I can't personally speak on the hotel bc we came for the vibes✌🏽 The scene is awesome and the pool is nice it was quiet when we went and we were only ones in water. It would be cool if they had a pool party every once in awhile🤷🏽‍♂️ Looks very upscale, I'd say good for romantic dates😘. There was a couple upstairs alone relaxing by the street cuddling and talking on the sofa Bathrooms are shared between genders and I liked that there's board games available to use at your leisure🎲🀄️♣️🧩 It's really nice with the beach chairs and the floating beds there was also 🎶🎵🔈🎼music in the background so it's not dead quiet The restaurant has a clean look with a full bar🍹🥂🍸🍻🍷🍾🍺 that serves the pool as well. I went upstairs to the rooms and I have no idea what ppl talking about saying it's dangerous unless maybe they fixed it bc everything is fine imo and u can👀 in my video they're fine (stairs) I really liked how there's nets where you can sit on 2nd floor above the pool, some hammocks 🧐wouldn't be a bad idea imo either I had no idea there's a dive pool! I didn't see it until I recorded to do my review, it sits really high and looks like a lot of fun🎉🎢 I'll come back again for sure, 😎I think it's already setup for a club night maybe once a month bc I think it'll be packed real quick😈 Which would make the whole place more popular as well obvio

The room was aesthetic but very small and uncomfortable, you had to climb a very steep and dangerous stair to reach the bed and it wasn’t clear when I book. The breakfast is not buffet and you can have only one coffee or tea. Overall nice but not functional design

Beautiful accommodation!! Very well decorated, a chill, relaxing atmosphere. The pool is a real treat, gorgeous, with its waterfall and diving platform (it adds a touch of adrenaline). The rooms are very nice. Very clean. The breakfast is super abundant and gourmet. The staff are exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Gabriel and Adrián. Thank you for making our vacation in Bacalar a real treat!
