We had a bad experience: Our room had a strong, unpleasant smell. The room was not clean and below standard. The shower pressure was weak, and the water wasn't hot. I'm sure I left my room key at reception, but the hotel staff claimed it wasn't there. When we asked to see the CCTV footage, the hotel refused. Then, they wouldn't return my 100,000 rupiah deposit because the key was lost. We had a very bad experience. The room smelled very strong, was not clean, and was far below standard. The shower pressure was very weak, and there was no hot water at all. I'm sure I left the room key at reception, but the hotel staff said it wasn't there. When we asked to see the CCTV footage, they refused. The 100,000 rupiah deposit was also not returned, claiming the key was lost. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.
