I never stayed here. But I called for availability and they were to be honest not that friendly. They weren't rude, but very short and confusing. As almost they didn't want my stay. It felt very unwelcome. I spoke to a person that was responsible for the reservations. Also, the price they gave me was more expensive than on booking.com. Which doesn't make sense, as they pay a commission to booking.com All and all not very great experience through the phone. I wanted to share this review, as maybe the owners will read this and have a better costumer service training with their staff.

Terrible service, nothing like what their advertising claims. There's no parking, only space for 10 vehicles, and even the employees drive their own cars in, so you have to leave them outside. The receptionist, Keyla, is rude and mocks you for telling her they don't offer what they advertise. The rooms are in poor condition, unhygienic, and to top it all off, there are snakes in the pool area, which is very dangerous, and they offer no assistance. The breakfast is awful, and they don't honor the prices they quote you upfront.
