Quiet and welcoming hotel. Clean and adequately heated. The room has a convenient entrance with a closet, a bench for suitcases, and a coat rack. The bathroom is very spacious, with excellent water pressure for showers. Four of us slept comfortably in the room. An excellent choice for families or those in Sala Baganza for work. Breakfast was served at the bar. We didn't have dinner, but you can dine at the restaurant. We'll definitely be back. I was very worried after reading the previous reviews, but we had a great time.

The hotel itself is comfortable and could be better than what we saw if it weren't for a few things that need fixing. I'm paying and I want to be comfortable. I'd like to sleep well, take a good shower, and have an excellent breakfast the next day. We paid for a room with three beds. The single bed creaked constantly, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom had a sink that barely came out, the air conditioning leaked in two places, the toilet had a burnt plug that could even get an electric shock. The shower tray was rusty and moldy. The refrigerator only turned on the internal light but didn't cool anything. Breakfast the next morning was nothing, no buffet, no Conad juices with preservatives, no ham or salty food, a few stuffed sandwiches, no jams, no butter, no toast, nothing at all, just the poor coffee that the owner makes on his machine, the cappuccino too, and some super-frozen croissants that were of a poor quality. In my opinion, this isn't catering, it's destroying catering, to save money. This gentleman isn't a hotelier. I read somewhere that he had a dream. This dream came true, but he sat back, let the things he did wrong slide, and did nothing to fix them. This is completely wrong. He'll lose customers this way, but I see he's not worried about it. Mr. Francesco Maurici, do what you can for your hotel. If it were mine, I would do it, since it's a dream that's falling apart.
