Beautiful Hotel on Aldama Street just a stroll away from the central plaza; great location! The bedroom was very nicely decorated, comfy bedding, great bathroom products, superb towels. The whole hotel has terrific design. Small pool area but nice. They could definitely climatize it, water was very cold. I'd also would have liked a bathroom near the pool. Bar serves excellent drinks but is mostly empty, perhaps because drinks are small and overpriced. Restaurant is good but on pricey side. Continental breakfast was included and was a mixed bag. On the one hand it was "free", on the other hand it was always the same: choice of drink, plate of fruit with granola and yogurt, juice (very good), and toast. The bread was very poor quality, absolutely lacking in density and crust, the espresso drinks were extremely weak and watery, almost as if they were made with pods (bad bread and coffee really surprised me for one of the premier stays in SMA). At the restaurant they have a large round table that is always empty. It seems they should run a continental buffet with better coffee and pastries. The spa was good but small. It lacks a common relaxation area. The Hammam is just a small steam room for one person, with a makeshift massage table to lay down on. If there's two people, and you need to sit, it's hard to have your feet dangle for 30 minutes. The massages were very good. The service was very good. I had an upset stomach and they went to the pharmacy to buy medication for me; they also made chicken soup for me off menu. Overall positive stay, could use a few tweaks.

the location is perfect very quiet street few minutes from the center.|the restaurant is really good. the rooms are nice with a nice view they are spacious and the bathroom is big. everyone was very helpful and the concierge took care of all my reservations in town plus the transfers from the airport.

Great little hotel with 30 something rooms spread over a few buildings. Interiors are well designed and light. Bed comfortable. Location is unbeatable, steps from Parque Juarez and a few blocks from the Jardin.
