Very large hotel, but a bit dated from the 1980s. When we got to our room, we noticed a black mold stain in the bathroom—absurd. I'll start by saying it's a 4-star hotel, but something like this shouldn't exist in any hotel, regardless of star rating. The breakfast table and room layout was a bit sloppy. Sorry, but it's no longer easy to match the breakfast table number with the room number! We also had a slightly unpleasant experience: on the second-to-last day of our vacation after the beach, when we were about to return to our room, we noticed that the front door had been left open (ajar) by the cleaners. We're kidding! If we had anything valuable or there were thieves in the hotel, they would have stolen everything. Big mistake! Oh, and on that day, they also removed the mold stain in the bathroom (after a week of vacation).

Disappointing experience, not 4-star. The property needs to be upgraded and modernized, the rooms are small, the housekeeping is terrible, and bed and towel changes are forgotten! The reception staff, excluding the night shift, are truly awful, untrained, and rude! You can save breakfast if you arrive before 9:00! Bad smell at the entrance and in the room! The spa service deserves a complaint, it's inaccessible, dirty, and the Turkish bath feels like a mud pit, and the pool is beyond comment! As mentioned, it's not 4 stars, nor even 3! It's a shame because it could be an added bonus given the location!
