This hotel is such a sad place and gives the Mecure brand a poor name. Very run down and extremely unhygienic rooms. We found hair on our beds and mold in the bathrooms. This hotel is not worthy of a 4 star rating but rather a 1 star. Out of all the hotels I have stayed in this has been by far the worst ever. Avoid this place.

Terrible hotel very unwelcoming.Room is severely out dated curtains had mold on them room and the little sofa beside the bed stained and cracked.The wallpaper is peeling.When we checked in the lady serving us was really rude no manners.The toilet is a joke tiny little room with a toilet bowl in it on its own seperate from the shower.Only good thing about the hotel is its location.Stay away from this place.I had high hopes from Mercure as we stayed in a mercure hotel in Amsterdam and taught this will be the same service but noting close to it.

Extremely disappointing stay for a so-called 4-star hotel. We found hair in the bed, were offered new rooms, and found hair again immediately. Eventually placed in a half-clean room. Service is just as bad. In the bar we were told we could not order at the bar, were promised table service, and then left waiting for over 5 minutes with no one coming. The only positive was the woman at reception, who was kind and genuinely tried to help. Everything else—cleanliness, organization, and service—was far below standard. This hotel does not deserve its rating and cannot be recommended.
