*Bullying, Discrimination, and Lack of Accountability* I had a deeply distressing experience at this hotel. As a paying guest, I was treated with suspicion and subjected to humiliating treatment by a staff member. When I raised my concerns, a female manager responded dismissively and attempted to minimise the situation, at one point referring to the staff member as “cute,” which felt inappropriate and gaslighting given the seriousness of my complaint. When I later escalated the issue, the General Manager showed no empathy, offered no apology or accountability, and ultimately responded by threatening legal action simply because I described my experience to the hotel directly. The way this situation was handled left me feeling bullied, disrespected, and discriminated against. Guests should be treated with dignity and equality regardless of background, and that standard was not met here. Luxury is not just about appearance - it is about conduct, accountability, and respect. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on all three.

I am a driver at Nice Airport. Yesterday, December 27, 2025, at 5:00 PM, I picked up a client from Nice Airport to take her to this hotel. I dropped her off at the taxi rank right in front of the hotel. An employee of the establishment told me, "We are a 5-star hotel and we don't drop our clients off in the street like that." I replied that my fare was €38 and that if he wanted 5-star service for his clients, he should pick them up at the airport. After that, he became aggressive and told me, "Park your car, we'll sort this out." I went home, perplexed by the level of aggression from this employee.
