What's positive: - Delicious food - It's warm - Price - The staff at the reception and restaurant are friendly, but it's obvious that there aren't enough of them - What's negative: - In 4 nights, the towels were never changed, the room was never cleaned (only toilet paper was put in and the trash was taken out) - One bathrobe for the spa for the three of us - When going to the spa, there are no clean towels available, so you have to bring the only one you have in the room and share it with your roommate - Broken toilet paper and toothbrush holders, so bring a glass from home so you can find one - No glasses in the room, nor any kind of mini bar, coffee, kettle, etc. - There is no drinking water in the spa, the water bottle on the machine was empty for 4 days, not replaced - The group of guests who use the spa don't really know how to behave in the same way, they last 3 minutes in the sauna, then move on to the steam bath, and then jump into the pool, sweating. The overall impression, despite the affordable price, is not worth it and unfortunately we will not be returning.

The hotel is truly wonderful! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The staff is extremely friendly, smiling and always ready to help – true warmth and professionalism in one place. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and pleasant, and the atmosphere is relaxing and homely. The stay was a real pleasure and we would love to come back again. Highly recommended to everyone!
