Without a doubt, the best hotel in Madrid. Not only for its location, which couldn't be better, but also for the attentive staff, always friendly and willing to help with anything you need. I've been staying there for years whenever I go to Madrid with my students and friends. We've never had a single problem or complaint; quite the opposite, we're always eager to return and stay at the hotel. It's common knowledge that the quality of coffee in hotels isn't the best. Fortunately, at the Hotel Moderno, they have excellent coffee, as well as their ham. It's definitely worth getting breakfast. I will certainly be going back many more times.

If I were to come to Madrid again, I would stay here again. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast was quite sufficient. The staff were always smiling. Valenda, in particular, speaks excellent Turkish and is incredibly helpful. We would like to thank all the staff here.
