A very friendly and professional welcome and room service – good quality food (soup and pasta for me). I also came for the sports facilities (high-quality gym equipment and an exceptional outdoor pool).

Excellent location and a truly outstanding hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the Guest Relations Manager and the receptionist. My car was immediately taken care of and parked in the hotel garage without delay. I had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant, with both the food and service meeting a very high standard. The room was simply amazing, offering a beautiful view over the swimming pool. I also had the pleasure of enjoying a spa treatment, which was absolutely excellent — one of the best massages I have experienced. Throughout the hotel, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and efficient, providing quick and professional service at all times. I particularly appreciated having a chat with the Hotel Manager who is an outstanding professional and a genuinely great person. I highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return.

Left items in room and they conveniently couldn’t find them. Spas hours were not convenient so we could use. Not centrally located so needed to walk to main interest points. Okay accommodation, but not with the extra money. Wouldn’t stay here again.
