We spent a week at this hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is located very close to the beach, the sea, and the main promenade in Rimini. The hotel offers several amenities. A swimming pool is always available and cleaned daily. A bar serves excellent cocktails. Breakfast is unfortunately so-so, but it's a big plus. The air conditioning in the room works very well. Rooms are cleaned daily, which is a big plus. The Wi-Fi works very well for a hotel. The hotel reflects a bygone era, but the owners and staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable. We definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately, not what I expected. When we arrived, the room was still being cleaned...so far, so good... When we finally entered, I almost lost my faith. The floor was completely covered in thick dirt, with dust bunnies on every corner, not to mention the dust on the furniture. The inside of the wardrobe was covered in hair and dust. I politely pointed this out, and they cleaned it again...well, it still wasn't clean during our entire stay... You can forget about the hairdryer in the room; you can just blow it out instead; it's probably faster. The breakfast was, unfortunately, even worse. The same thing every day. Zero variety. The cake (and everything else) is left on the buffet table every morning until someone finally eats it. After a few days, it just gets drier and inedible. The website advertises breakfast as being served until 12 p.m., but that's not true either. By 10:30 a.m., everything is slowly being cleared away. Anyone expecting fruit or anything healthy can leave immediately, because there are only apples. If you're lucky, you'll find one that isn't shriveled. Oh, and there are also cucumbers and carrots. In 16 days, there were exactly two pancakes. Otherwise, there are the same three types of cake every day... unfortunately, every cake tastes like lemon, even if it's chocolate cake. The pancakes also taste like lemon/orange. For bread, there are mini rolls (always nice and hard) and toast. The juices taste okay one day and are watered down the next. It's also really uncool when your juice tastes like manure. The coffee from the vending machine tastes terrible. It gives you goosebumps. I also booked a room with a balcony, but we were kicked out. Thanks again for that. Unfortunately, friendliness isn't a priority either. One lady who works in the kitchen is a sweetheart (which is why she doesn't fit in with the rest of the team at all). And two people at reception were also quite nice. The rest, in my opinion, wasn't very friendly. Unfortunately, you didn't feel welcome or comfortable. But you really should, if you're paying a lot of money. We were also in Rimini last year, in a different hotel and district, and had a really great vacation there. There was a world of difference between them. What a shame...
