2nd time in Hotel Montané and we will be stopping here again in 6 weeks time, for more snowboarding! From arrival to departure this hotel is simply lovely in so many ways! Upon arrival there is a secure side storage area for the boarding/ski gear so that the equipment is not dragged through the hotel. Check in is super easy (we always use Crystal for our holidays and so everything is taken care of). The rooms are all very similar, a nice size, warm and clean. Don't expect a super high tech or modern room, just a lovely cosy place to sleep, a bathroom with over-shower (the shower pressure and warmth is very good!) and comfy beds. There is a TV however we didn't use it, although free WiFi is a nice bonus. There is a lift for initial baggage movement, however after this we used the main stairs. The restaurant area on the 1st floor is brilliant, with a varied selection for breakfast (continental style), however there is also some hot food and also plenty of drink variety (juices/water/coffee). Evening dinner has a changing daily menu to choose from and to satisfy your hunger after a day on the slopes! We found the food to be very tasty and filling! Along with the hotel's already great provisions, the stand out for us is the service. All staff are super nice, efficient and really cannot do enough to assist with your needs to ensure your stay runs smoothly. Outside of the hotel, it is situated in the popular village of Arinsal, and is conveniently located right across the road from the main Gondola - perfect! There are a selection of nearby restaurants, bars and supermarkets, however if you wanted to travel further afield there are frequent buses (even a free one!) from right outside. Couldn't ask for any more for our holiday.

Booked through Crystal Ski, excellent location for gondola, staff brilliant, half board breakfast Continental with plenty of options, evening meals were excellent. Restaurant staff just brilliant. Free fast Wi-Fi. Definitely would stay here again. Just a short walk to Cisco's bar which could be best in resort!
