My experience at this hotel was spectacular. I highly recommend it. I stayed for 7 days with my 11-year-old daughter, and I have nothing to complain about, only gratitude. From the first contact via WhatsApp to check-out. The professionals were extremely attentive, everyone! The service was sensational. Always helpful, available, and careful. Daily cleaning, room service, breakfast, everything was truly fantastic. My daughter had her birthday while we were staying there, and they were thoughtful, leaving a little gift for her and a decoration in the room. In addition to the quality service and good infrastructure, the hotel is extremely well located. Just a few meters from the main attractions in Gramado, we did everything on foot. I highly recommend the place, and I will stay there again if I return. I would like to give special thanks to the reception staff and the housekeeper who assisted us during our stay. Congratulations! I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel is wonderful!!! We loved staying at this hotel because from check-in to check-out all the staff were very kind and polite. The breakfast was fantastic, the location was great with everything nearby: restaurants, shops, a covered street, a market, and banks. I would definitely return to this hotel. We loved it. 1000/1000.
