Maybe because before we came here, we stayed at Hilton hotel, so comparatively this hotel quality is not as good 🥲 the rooms are way smaller, we booked 2 rooms for our party of 3 kids and 3 adults, there's barely enough space to put our luggage. Bathroom is also tiny. Generally, cleanliness seems fine, but I think the carpet and furniture are quite old and dated. The bed is indeed a bit harder because after the 3rd night, I woke up with pain in one of my shoulder blades 😅 Good thing is they do have coin operated laundry service, however, it can get very busy. (One of the dryers doesn't dry too well). They have a coffee machine and teabags at the lobby area, but I noticed that esp at night their tea bags (particularly the honey sweet tea) area seems to get ravaged through... Location wise it's fine, it's a couple mins walk from Watanabe-dori station which is 3 stops from Hakata station. But considering the hotel is about the same price (or maybe more expensive) than what we had paid to stay in Hilton, it is not that much value for money.
