I've been coming to this hotel for 15 years, and I know it like the back of my hand... we'd been away for two years for family reasons, and last year we returned... the hotel was just as I remembered it, but I have a small complaint. I hope my criticism will be taken into account so future aspects can be improved. Room cleaning: I found it superficial, the shower full of hair and half an inch of dust, and there were no samples (there used to be some, but I don't know if I was missing them from the room or they just don't provide them anymore). Restaurant: I'm allergic to milk, and despite pointing it out and arguing endlessly, I wasn't adequately treated... what's more, I didn't have any choices for breakfast, so I had to adapt (it wasn't a problem for me), but eating only herbal tea and cooked ham for breakfast four times makes me feel nauseous. Not to mention the chef, who I think didn't feel like cooking because he'd served the same lunch and dinner menu with pasta, tomato sauce, meat, and potatoes. I don't mean to criticize you because I'm a Santa Rita type of person. I'm someone who adapts to many situations, and I've had worse things happen to me in the past. But I pay and I'd like to be treated with a little respect. Not like the waitress who snarked at me and treated me with a snobbish attitude. I'd like to tell this waitress that I was born lactose intolerant, and it's not my fault if I can't eat croissants for breakfast.

Hotel Monte Meraviglia is a truly well-maintained and welcoming establishment. Comfortable rooms, elegant spaces, and a customer service that's immediately apparent.
