We stayed in August 2024. It was a lovely, simple hotel, and the staff were excellent. The only issue was that when we tried to contact them to inquire about prices, they never responded to our messages. The agency we booked through had to send someone to the hotel to make the reservation. Otherwise, everything was great. I would definitely return.

Upon arrival, I learned that breakfast is on the third floor, accessible by stairs. I asked to buy water, and they didn't have any; forget about getting coffee, there was nothing. It's an old hotel that, from "Whoever Manages It," shows little interest or understanding of what customer service means today. They provide the bare minimum. They use a soap dispenser, but there's no label indicating whether the second dispenser is conditioner, shampoo, etc. They give their "strict" instructions, and then they clean the room but don't replenish the toilet paper. You think it was an oversight, and then at night they don't have any to give you. We asked for the same thing from another room, and there was one roll of toilet paper... That's why I'm highlighting the management. It's clean, well-located, the breakfast is acceptable, and the staff is very friendly, though their hands are tied regarding complaints. They provide the basics. A stark contrast to other experiences. They give the bare minimum. 27/1/2026 from Uruguay

Old hotel in need of maintenance. The staff is unfriendly. The breakfast is basic (tea/pastries/whole fruit/no presentation). More than sweeping and making the bed, they barely clean the rooms. In the room I stayed in, the hot water taps didn't work. For that price, I later found better options.
