I stayed at the hotel for three nights during the New Year's Eve holiday. The location is excellent, close to the city center and within walking distance of the station (which was important since we arrived by train). The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious; ours even had armchairs and a coffee table, as well as a balcony. The large smart TV, with the ability to use streaming apps and YouTube, was a great feature. The bathroom was also nice and clean, with a comfortable and fairly large shower. The breakfast buffet is in line with those typically found in hotels like this, with the basics (both sweet and savory) but not overwhelming. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and we were very satisfied with everything.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes from the pedestrian area and the city center. The free outdoor and indoor parking is convenient and very spacious. The hotel and rooms are very modern and beautiful. The negatives, for me, were: the staff were not very friendly, except for Mr. Mario (the only one who smiled and welcomed us kindly); otherwise, everyone seemed a bit annoyed to be there. The breakfast was very poor and lacking in choice; the croissants were stale (we had to ask one morning if we could get some fresh ones, but they were actually something else entirely). Another thing that was a bit annoying was that from 9:00 onwards, the noise started from the cleaning ladies, who dragged furniture and banged everything. The room, however, was very clean and tidy when we returned. Overall, a nice hotel that, with a few improvements, would deserve its 4 stars.
