Back from a girls' weekend, I can report the following: The hotel's location is wonderful, very central, and all the elevators are within walking distance. The reception was friendly. The rooms were newly renovated, but also very noisy. The bathroom and toilet (which are very small) are separated by frosted glass, which offers little privacy. Our expectations for a 4S hotel were not met. The entire hotel was cold. When we reported that the room was very cold, we were told that they had aired it out for a longer time beforehand. In fact, the heating was not on, which meant that the towel dryer remained cold and, as a result, our swimwear remained wet. The wellness area was also very cold. The fact that the sauna area, which is a positive feature, doesn't open until 4:00 PM was neither communicated to us in advance nor was it stated on the website. The indoor pool in the wellness area is very nice, but there were no drinking glasses at the water fountain, for example. A big disappointment, however, was the hotel's cuisine, especially dinner. The freshness guarantee at the salad buffet was not guaranteed. On the first evening, a friend was served fish that was definitely spoiled. The next evening, we were looking forward to a Thai vegetable curry, which bore no resemblance to a curry. When the chef personally came to us, we shared our criticism with him. He claimed to have known nothing about the spoiled fish the day before. For a hotel of this class, we expected more quality, refinement, and taste. The breakfast buffet was good and varied. The all-inclusive drinks offer is also a positive aspect. Due to the off-season, the hotel was quiet, but some of the staff made us feel unwelcome and were therefore not particularly friendly. Especially the bartender, who wanted to finish work very soon. Julia and her colleague in the service department, on the other hand, were very helpful. It's a shame; we won't recommend it to anyone.
