It's a 3-star hotel, but it felt like a 4-star hotel. The location was perfect: right next to Nagasaki Station and Amu Mall, making shopping convenient. The breakfast was clean and tidy. The twin room was incredibly spacious. The bed was larger than a single, and the space between the beds was generous. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Nagasaki.

I stayed at this hotel when it was first built, and it was really sparkling back then...but it seems a bit deserted now. Maybe it was a cheap room, but the view was terrible. I could only see the back of a bamboo fence? The room was spacious, the bathtub was big, and of course, it was conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store next door and underground parking, which was great. One thing that was disappointing was that I booked breakfast this time so I could relax...more than the menu, the traffic flow was awkward. I was seated on both sides of the table, and people kept passing by to get their food, which got annoying halfway through. I was bothered by the way the food was presented, which seemed to be split into two areas for some reason, and the arrangement of the table seats. It was a world of difference from the few seats by the window with a garden view! Considering it was a hotel breakfast, the bread was business hotel quality... It tasted like something you'd get in a supermarket bag. Everything else was pretty average. The serving utensils were so dirty, I was a bit surprised... I wish they'd be more careful and replace them every now and then. The women who seemed to be working part-time were unfriendly, and they would only glance at our trays and plates when we were finished eating, without taking them away. I booked here, expecting the breakfast to be reliable, but I was disappointed.
