I would advise not to stay here unless you want to want to get sick and be provided with false information. Firstly we arrived at the car park as instructed with issues accessing the hotel. Instructions was given which did not happen and had to wait for the hotel staff to let us in. This happened on the way in AND leaving the hotel. Secondly we requested for two different rooms which was included in the booking notes. Then we was told we only asked during check-in. Thirdly the heating in both rooms was not working and resulted in feeling unwell on departure. Then promised a refund and only until chasing this was processed. Would not recommended staying here.

Nice hotel, but they thrive on deception! Booked a room with free bike rental and a 15% discount on food and drinks. The hotel doesn't mention anything. When you ask, they claim the rental bikes are folding bikes without a lock, for which they charge a £1200 deposit (yes, really). The lady at the reception desk advises you to arrange bikes outside the hotel. When you ask about the discount, they claim they're unaware of the agreements made about it. Then they bluntly tell you they can't do anything because payment has already been made. The hotel manager (at least, that's what he calls himself) is a man who takes advantage of everything, blames everything on the customer, and refuses to cooperate with any solutions we offer. If you're going to London! Choose a hotel where they don't deceive you and where service is still a top priority!
