The water was cut off every day, so I couldn't wash and had to wait until it came. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but a two-course meal. I ordered American-style, but the macaroni and cheese was dry and the pepper shaker was empty. When I asked for more, they went into the kitchen and put the empty pepper shaker back without a word. I might come back to Mungol, but this hotel is a bit like that. I still have one day left...

If you request it, the hotel will pick you up from the airport. Cash only: $40 USD or 140,000 tu. Hand the driver directly. Google Maps makes it seem like you have to follow a curved road to Sukhbaatar Square, but if you leave the hotel and walk to the right, you'll arrive at the square in just two minutes. The Galleria is right next door, and Nomin Department Store is less than 20 minutes away. The location is excellent. Breakfast is served right next to the lobby on the third floor. It's 7:00-9:00 AM on weekdays and 7:00-10:00 AM on weekends and holidays. The restaurant on the first floor (a different establishment) is currently under renovation, so they only serve salad, bread, cheese, and salami, with no hot dishes. Instead, you can choose from three options (continental, English, or porridge), and they'll bring you a freshly prepared plate. I ordered the English breakfast, and it came in the shape of a cute face. The room is equipped with slippers, soap, toothbrushes, a body shower, a new-looking electric kettle, tea bags, and a refrigerator. There is no safe. I stayed alone, but since it was a twin-bed room, there were two bottles of water, which were replenished daily. Flushing the toilet paper is prohibited. Slippers, toothbrushes, and toilet paper are all replaced daily. Unlike in Japan, hot water comes out when you turn the sink to the right (counterclockwise), opposite the shower. The sink stopper was closed and there was nothing to push or pull, so I called the cleaner, and after pushing one side of the stopper with a pin, it flipped over and water started flowing (I've attached a photo for clarity). I ordered a taxi to the airport, which cost $40 USD or 140,000 tu, cash only. I ordered a taxi at 7:30 AM on a weekday, but it arrived at 8:00 AM due to traffic congestion. It's best to arrive 30 minutes before your desired departure time just to be safe. For some reason, the hotel entrance lights are turned off at night, so be careful.
