All in all, a good stay at the hotel. Very centrally located near the train station with good connections to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A minor criticism: the rooms are very noisy and really only suitable for sleeping. However, everything was clean. For a short stay, it's a good choice.

After a hellish evening with hotel staff entering our rooms without warning and a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, I picked up my wife and daughter at 2:00 AM because they didn't feel safe. I then sent an email asking for an explanation and a refund. We were told this simply wasn't possible. Management offered no apology whatsoever.
