I'll start with the positives, because it'll be quicker… The reception staff are really lovely and the rooms are relatively clean. You can leave your luggage at the hotel if you can't check in right away. But that's it… The rooms, the elevator, the stairs, everything is tiny. Inaccessible for people with reduced mobility or those with a lot of belongings or large suitcases. My room still smelled of paint when I arrived. The bed is hard and there's no duvet, just a flimsy little throw. The towels provided were damp and the room was freezing. The door to my room didn't lock (the lock was broken). The hotel has clearly been renovated, but completely haphazardly. Between the paint splatters, the missing grout and trim, and THE 2-METER RADIATOR THAT'S SHINING OFF THE WALL!!!! I didn't even want to take a shower in the hotel because I didn't know where to go. That said, the advantage is that you can shower while brushing your teeth and going to the toilet (sarcasm). More seriously, the bathroom didn't even have a door… I really don't recommend this hotel; it should be shut down by the authorities. And the rooms are ridiculously expensive… In a neighborhood with absolutely nothing around… In short, I'll never set foot in there again, even if it were free.

We stayed at this hotel about 5 days ago, but I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Starting with the fact that the room wasn't at all the one I'd seen after booking, DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS! As soon as we checked in, the front desk informed us that our room was on the 5th floor and that we had to climb a lot of stairs every day (my boyfriend also had knee problems). The stairs were extremely dirty, dusty, and very narrow. As soon as we entered the room, the cleanliness wasn't the best; we found dust on the doors and even stained sheets and pillows, as well as hairs on the bed, in the shower, and even on the towels. The bathroom had the same floor as the toilet (the shower didn't have a partition), so all the water from the shower went into the toilet area, making it impossible to use. The sink, on the other hand, was tiny, and we could barely fit our hands in it. I wasn't expecting such a facility, especially after seeing the photos of the one I'd booked and especially after finding so much filth. Poor cleanliness, poor comfort, and the price is extremely high for a room like this, and for a hotel like this in general. The only "good" thing about this hotel was the location, 5 minutes from the metro, but everything else was just CRAP!!!!
