The hotel is old and dirty. At €50 a night without breakfast, it's not worth it. The sheets had breadcrumbs on them and were very old, as were the towels. The lighting is very poor; it's very dim. There are no blinds, and you wake up in the morning because of the bright light. The room was in a basement, and there was no cell phone signal or Wi-Fi, so you're completely cut off from communication as soon as you go in. The walls had yellow streaks... The bathroom was very uncomfortable because you couldn't sit on the toilet or bidet; it was so narrow you had to sit sideways. I definitely don't recommend it.

Economically, it seemed like a good price, until I entered the room. It was nothing like the photos, but that's the least of it. When I opened the bed, the sheets spoke volumes. They had hairs, bits of bread, pilling, etc. etc. It was late, and the receptionist (who had greeted us politely and courteously) was no longer there, so we had to call a number they had there. The man who answered was very unpleasant. We had only asked for one set of sheets, which we would change ourselves. He made it clear that he wasn't going to change them (understandable, and we didn't object). Ten minutes later, he banged on the door, gave us the sheets, and rudely asked if these didn't have hairs. To top it off, he gave us sheets for a small bed. It was a terrible situation. We expected much more for what we paid, but the least you could do when you ask for clean sheets is to give them to you politely. A horrible night.

A complete scam. The photos in the ad are completely different, and any resemblance to reality is purely coincidental. The room was little more than a cramped, freshly painted cell, and the bathrooms... well, let's just say a Turkish prison from the early 20th century was more inviting. But the problems didn't end there. After discovering the scam, it took a week and another visit to that dump to get a refund, since I obviously didn't spend even 10 minutes in the place. I suppose if you're desperate, it might do the trick, but there are hostels closer to the city center at a similar price with five-star facilities by comparison. The only positive thing I can say is that at least it was clean. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've included some photos of what they actually offer.
