Rooms are small … for American standards. Not set up for stays longer than a couple of days. E.g. there is no closet. Very limited space to keep clothes. Otherwise supper comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great. The onsite onsen is heavenly. Good variety of places to eat within walking distance. Great access to transportation.

The bathhouse was far too small, which left me quite dissatisfied. There were only 5 washing stations, and 2 or 3 people were waiting naked at the entrance. Furthermore, there was only one small bath, so it was full with just 5 people, and I think it would take courage for anyone else to come in. There were also only 3 hair dryers, so there was a queue to dry our hair. I wish they had implemented an entry limit. The lack of facial cleanser and moisturizer in the room's unit bathroom added to my frustration, leaving me with no alternative. I really hope they improve this. Breakfast was decent, and the all-you-can-eat strawberries made it somewhat forgivable.
