I stayed at this hotel for four nights in February 2026, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the location is excellent and the reception staff were consistently polite, those were the only real positives. The biggest issue was the constant noise. There was ongoing construction and water pipe replacement work that created a lot of disturbance throughout the day. To make matters worse, I was suddenly asked to change my room in the middle of my stay, which was very inconvenient. The amenities were also in poor condition. The TV in my first room did not work for the first two days. Despite repeated reminders to the reception, it was never fixed, and I could only watch TV once I moved to the second room. Similarly, the shower in the bathroom was not working properly. I complained about it, but no one ever came to fix it. Breakfast was another letdown. There were very few options available, and basic items like fresh fruits were missing most of the time. I was also surprised to find that even basic juices were chargeable. At over 3k per night, the room was significantly overpriced. Given the lack of functioning facilities and the noise, it should not have been more than 2k. Based on other guest feedback regarding similar maintenance issues and inconsistent service, it seems these problems are common. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other options. There are much better values available nearby.
