The service for tourists is terrible. The so-called open bar is awful; they serve these so-called cocktails in disposable cups, and after the second one, they give you dirty looks. You can feel the poverty at the open bar, which closes at 6 or 8 pm and reopens at 11. The pool is only open until 6 pm with the excuse that they clean it, and they always clean it very late, if at all. It feels like they're doing everything possible to make sure you don't enjoy your experience or stay at the hotel. They also say that if you lose your wristband, they charge a fine of 50,000, even though they take a copy of your ID at check-in. It's like a trap for tourists. The only good things were the room and the food. They shouldn't include an open bar if it bothers them so much to offer a cocktail. I stayed at the Tower Hotel on Vacation.

Before going to the hotel, like many others, I read the reviews and went with some reservations, but I found the staff very friendly and the food delicious. I noticed that although I stayed in a room on the upper floors, which hasn't been renovated yet, some people in my group stayed on the lower floors, which have been renovated. The pool, although small, is in a good-sized area. My suggestion would be to clean the pool bathrooms better. And the most important thing about the hotel is its strategic location, just a few blocks from the beach. 10/10. Thank you very much, Hotel Tower.

This hotel is truly mediocre in its facilities. It's very humid, most of the rooms smell like sewage, including the elevators, the spa area is in very poor condition and makes you not want to use it, the cleaning is very inadequate, the staff are very unfriendly (if they don't like their job, they should find another one), and finally, the food is very limited. If you can afford a different hotel, this is a better option.
