First of all room smell like hella Clorox it’s not even clean and sec of all there was a Group of folks drinking by the “ breakfast area “ all drunk yelling who wants to drink and didn’t do shit smh I want my money back worse experience ever

We booked two rooms for 3-night stay at this hotel through Chase Travel. One room had visible bathroom ceiling damage that appeared unsafe. We calmly requested a room change, but the hotel refused. We did not engage in any disruptive behavior and only sought to address the unsafe room condition. During the interaction, a staff member asked where I was from, which felt inappropriate and made the situation uncomfortable. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the issue calmly, the hotel refused to continue serving us and required us to leave late （almost 12am）at night during the holiday season （12/27）. At the time we were required to leave, no refund was issued. After multiple follow-ups through the booking service, only a partial refund was provided. The hotel refused service without providing a full refund. This was a very stressful experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.
