The hotel is well-maintained, but the rooms need renovation. The service was very friendly, especially the two Ukrainian girls at the bar. The food was very tasty. It may not be all-inclusive like in Bulgaria, but everything was always fresh and there was plenty to eat. The hotel is close to the beach, shops, and market stalls. The town is run-down. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel.

The hotel deserves a 3.5-star rating. Excellent value for money. If you're not expecting luxury, you'll be satisfied. The hotel offered us everything we expected before our vacation. The rooms were nice for a 3-star hotel. There was a refrigerator and a large balcony. We had the room furthest from the entrance. The room was clean, the bathroom was cleaned, and bed linen and towels were changed every three days (as advertised). Its only drawback was its proximity to the expressway. Despite the trees and shrubs, there was some road noise, but it wasn't unbearable. It didn't bother us at night. Our room often had cold water in the shower. After reporting this to the hotel manager, nothing changed. This wasn't a major inconvenience for us, considering the outside temperature. The food at the hotel was decent and sufficient for the price. Dinner was always Greek. The bar offered drinks of a quality commensurate with the hotel's price. A pleasant surprise was that coffee and cocktails were served in glassware. The Ukrainian ladies at the bar in the restaurant were very kind and professional. They tried very hard and worked hard. The air conditioning in the hotel often tripped. A staff member had to come and turn it on. The hotel is an excellent base for trips to Rethymno and Arkadi Monastery, among other places. Buses run from the stop right next to the hotel.

To sleep was very good. Shower space was old and dated. Swimming area was pleasant to chill around. I only had a 5 day stay and end of season , and breakfast only . Breakfast virarty was basic . Reception staff were nice and helpful. Would stay at same hotel again .
