The hotel is old, which is normal, but it wasn't clean. The food, especially the frozen items, was inedible. For me, it was the most disappointing hotel stay of my life. What kind of 4-star hotel is this? There were many negative reviews, but the management seemed completely uninterested in making any improvements. I've had enough; I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel for work. We were treated wonderfully and were very comfortable. The rooms could use a little updating, but they have everything you need! We also thoroughly enjoyed the New Year's Eve dinner; we loved it. Special mention to Beatriz, our waitress, who served us during dinner and made us feel like royalty! We'll definitely be back :)
