Great location, about a 5-10 min walk to downtown amenities. Excellent service, modernly updated. Not super accessible for the handicapped, but generally a fabulous stay.

Hotel Paradox is great for families and also a nice option for couples. The heated pool in December was amazing, and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing. There are fun games like ping pong near the pool area, as well as card games and other activities in the lobby, which makes it easy to enjoy your time at the hotel. My main issue was the room cleanliness. The room was not very clean and there was a strange smell coming from the bed and under the bed, kind of like dampness or mold. The sink was also not working properly, and we had to manually open the drain for the water to go down. Additionally, no one came to clean our room the next day. That said, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was very smooth. Overall, it was a good experience, but the room cleanliness definitely needs improvement.
