A very pleasant surprise. A truly warm welcome upon arrival, with friendly and professional staff. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable—no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast was superb, varied, and high-quality. From the outside, the hotel doesn't necessarily look like much, but once inside, it's a completely different story: the place is very charming, well-decorated, and inviting. The neighborhood is clearly not the most beautiful in Paris and lacks highly-rated restaurants nearby, but for a practical and comfortable stay, it does the job perfectly. Very easy access, just steps from the Rosa Parks RER E station, which is a real plus for getting around quickly.

Once this is done correctly, the heating starts working and the room gradually warms up. The thermostat settings are controlled automatically by the reception, so guests may need to inform the front desk if they want the room temperature adjusted. I noticed that guests who didn’t do this were the ones most often complaining about the temperature. So this is not a major flaw — just something worth knowing in advance. Aside from this small detail, the hotel performs well in its category. The rooms are small, as expected in many Paris hotels, but they are clean, well maintained, and functional. Everything you need for a short stay is there, and the cleanliness is definitely a strong point. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is tidy, and the overall impression is neat and organized. Another big plus is the quiet atmosphere. Despite being in the city, the hotel is not noisy, which makes it easy to rest after a long day of walking around Paris.
