Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. The view from the balcony is perfect. There was a problem with the heating but we got a new room as soon as possible. You have to book the sauna, the pool and the view from the pool are great! The only complaint is the small parking lot and there was no mention of paying for it anywhere. The food is good, the selection is smaller than in other hotels of this category but you won't go hungry. All in all, I would be happy to visit this place again.

When I entered the room, my first impression was of cobwebs on the ceiling lights. There was also only one roll of toilet paper in the room, which had been used by previous guests, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. We paid for a room with a lake view, but ended up with a view of the road and only a small side view of the lake. For that price, you expect more. Finally, when we were ready to check out, we were told that we had to pay for our stay, even though I had paid for everything through the website. The dinner was absolutely tasteless, but I can praise the breakfast. I will not return there again.

Pros: The staff is very polite. The breakfast has a good selection of food. The view from the hotel is very nice. The room and bathroom are spacious enough. Luckily the room didn't have any bed bugs as previous reviews mentioned it. Keep in mind that almost all of the rooms with lake view has trees in front of them. We visited the hotel in the end of February so we still got the view because the leaves haven't sprung yet. During the weekend it gets very buzy and might not be the ideal place if you want to relax. That is when the parking is an issue. Probably when in peak season this is a problem not only during the weekend. Choose a smaller hotel if you want more tranquil place or visit off season during week days.
