I had lunch at the Hotel Parma & Congressi restaurant during a meeting with the 850 Spider Club, and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. Despite our large group, the service was well-organized, fast, and friendly. The lunch was well-prepared and of good quality, featuring traditional Emilian dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and presented simply yet carefully. The setting is elegant and spacious, perfect for hosting events and gatherings among enthusiasts. Overall, an excellent option for group lunches and convivial occasions, with professional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is clean, welcoming, and equipped with all the amenities. The reception staff always greets you with a smile: they are cheerful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Thanks to all the staff, but a special thanks goes to Anastasia at the restaurant, whose kindness truly makes you feel at home.

It's February, the heating is too high and you can't sleep. The room is 25 degrees Celsius and you can't turn it down because the thermostat seems to be for the air conditioning only. The worst part is that when you contact reception, they tell you, "It's not our fault, we don't know what to do." And who's to blame? The rooms are clean but poorly soundproofed; you can hear guests in other rooms. The shower is at floor level and has no door; when you use it, the entire bathroom floods. The buffet offers a fairly wide selection, but during crowded events, food runs out quickly and isn't brought back, so if you arrive a little later, you have to make do. At breakfast, there's only one machine that dispenses coffee and cappuccino, and there's always a line. One really annoying thing is that the waiters, young and inexperienced, don't give you time to finish your meal; the moment you get up for a moment to go get other dishes from the buffet, they'll take your plate away, a thing that happened at both breakfast and dinner. An event attendee asked to swap his dinner voucher for his lunch voucher, but this was not allowed. Overall, the hotel is a good facility, but there's room for improvement, especially in terms of optimizing services and meeting customer needs.
